Delivery Time
- Standard Shipping (Canada): 3 to 7 business days
- Shipping times start from the shipment date, not the purchase date.
- Delays may occur due to weather, customs, or address issues.

Shipping Carriers
We partner with Canada Post, FedEx, UPS, and Purolator to ensure safe and fast delivery.
Order Cut-Off Time
- Orders placed before 5:00 p.m. are processed the same day.
- Orders placed after 5:00 p.m. will be processed on the next business day.
Non-Shipping Days
Orders are not processed or shipped on Canadian public holidays.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. The tracking number will be activated within 24 hours.
Address Issues & Changes
- Incorrect Address: If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.
- Address Changes: Contact us at support@canadiantradition.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Once the order is shipped, modifications are not possible.
Order Cancellations
- Cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of order confirmation.
- If the order has already shipped, refer to our Return Policy for assistance.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
